大Ｓ 一日バナナ一本ダイエット
3月来日前に、台湾では大Ｓが急に太って妊娠したんじゃないかって噂が流れていたんです。
4月20日、AVON化粧品のイメージキャラに選ばれた大Ｓは記者会見に参加、以前よりすっかりやせていました。というのも、大Ｓが妊娠説を消し去りたくてダイエットすることを決心した身体とか。
「ダイエットしているとき毎日食べていたのは、バナナ1本だけ。ほんとに辛かった！こんな生活を3週間続けた結果、3kg落ちたわ。でももう限界。いまは普通の食生活にもどしたけど」とコメント。
いやぁ、プロ魂っていうのかなぁ・・・ 女性は誰しもダイエットを試みてるとおもうけど、バナナ1本しか食べない生活って・・・ やる気も欲望も湧き出てこなそう。忙しくて空腹も感じる暇もないのかな？？
